Nexton Announces New Addition to Community Builder Program

SUMMERVILLE, S.C. – June 10, 2024 – Today, Nexton, the most innovative and walkable community in South Carolina, announced the addition of DRB Homes, an award-winning builder with homes in over 100 communities across the East Coast, to the community’s builder line-up.

With over 30 years of industry experience, DRB Homes is active in more than 10 states and 18 regions, spanning from Pennsylvania to Florida.

A one-story home plan, the Beaufain ranges from 1,789-2,428 square feet and features three- and four-bedroom floor plans. Inspired by coastal living, the home’s exteriors will feature bronze windows, board and batten and lap siding with a two-car garage. Interiors will include an open-concept dining and gathering space with six-foot windows throughout. The primary suite will offer an ensuite bath with dual vanities. Additional options include a second floor with a bonus room, storage space, electric or gas fireplaces, rear porches and flex space.

The Tradd and Gibbes home details will be announced soon. This summer, home pre-sales will begin and a new model home will join Midtown’s Model Row.
