If you caught the buzz last December, you’ll know that Nexton Middle School officially broke ground in a memorable ceremony (complete with a sweet serenade from the Nexton Elementary School choir!). We’re thrilled to share that construction is moving right along, and Berkeley County School District is hard at work to ensure doors open by fall 2026!
What sparks your curiosity? Irish poetry? Memoir writing? The forgotten battles of World War II? The Charleston Academy for Lifelong Learning (C.A.L.L.) at College of Charleston explores all these topics and more. Then again, if you’re looking for a more substantial curriculum, you might consider getting your certificate in cake decorating, cinematography, landscape design, digital photography or any of the dozens of other subjects available from Trident Technical College.
