The HYLO Experience
At HYLO, fitness meets family. HYLO Nexton will mark the franchises fourth location (and third in the Lowcountry). Their Mount Pleasant and West Ashley locations have certified the balanced-fitness concept as favorite - a space where you can challenge yourself, celebrate your victories, and always find a friendly face cheering you on. HYLO Nexton will arrive this summer, making it easier for you to prioritize your well-being right here in the community.
“HYLO is fitness balanced. On the HY side, we have our H.I.I.T classes: 45-minute workouts based on cardio and strength. On the LO side, we have our FLO & SLO yoga classes; CORE, which is Pilates-based; and PULSE, which is barre-based - all heated to 90°," head of LO at HYLO Nexton, Reagan, told us.
Break a sweat with high-intensity training, find your zen with a slow yoga flow, or work at your own pace in the open gym. HYLO has something for everyone. “There are many generations and many age groups in Nexton, and we have something that will suit each of their needs and interests. HYLO is really big into building community and we want everyone to feel like family, so we have lots of community events like our run club, pop-up events, and different gatherings to really build that community and make you feel at home at HYLO Nexton," Reagan shared.

HYLO Nexton will also share their building with The Bomb Bar, birthplace of the now-famous smoothie bombs hitting grocery-store shelves around the country. You can pick up some smoothie-elevating bombs for home or cozy in for some post-workout fuel. They'll have healthy bowls and wraps, signature smoothies, and coffee and espresso.
