In the midst of a no-holds-barred celebration commemorating Nexton’s recognition by the Nation Home Builders Association as the 2021 Master Planned Community of the Year, we learned of an additional accolade awarded a little closer to home: North Creek Village neighborhood has been named regional Community of the Year by the Charleston Home Builders Association.
And, Arrogate Village, located within Nexton's North Creek neighborhood, was also recognized as the region’s Best Multifamily Community.
