Residence Inn by Marriott breaks ground
It's been a groundbreaking week at Nexton! We gathered this morning, on the heels of the highly anticipated PPCP Medical Campus groundbreaking, to celebrate another new neighbor: Residence Inn by Marriott.
The 96-room, all-suite hotel is expected to open Summer of 2017 and bring with it around 30 jobs. The addition makes Nexton and the greater Summerville area all the better for doing business, participating in our fun events, or visiting family.
The hotel's abundant amenities will keep your visitors entertained. They can take a dip in the pool, gather around the fire pit and challenge each other to a game in the sport court.
The new Residence Inn will be located immediately adjacent to the planned Nexton Square, a center of shopping and dining. Designed with the extended stay traveler in mind, each hotel suite is fully equipped with a kitchen and Nexton's GigiFi gigabit internet service.
