Nexton voted Charleston's Best Community!

We are honored to be chosen as Best Community in the Post & Courier's Charlestons Choice Awards!

Charleston's Choice polled the Lowcountry on the best real estate, events, people, businesses and more. More than 300 organizations were nominated in the first-ever program. Winners were announced yesterday in a special publication in The Post and Courier.

We've been delighted to be recipients of several accolades since opening our first residential neighborhood about one-and-a-half years ago, including Best New Community of the Year by the Charleston Home Builders Association in 2015.

As the state's first gigabit community, Nexton's technological assets allow residents and businesses to be plugged in to some of the fastest internet in the country, while also enjoying miles of trails and unique parks when it's time to unplug.

Our 5,000 acres occupy a key location at the crossroads of I-26 and 17A in Summerville, SC, placing the community directly in the path of metro Charlestons most energetic growth. Further enriching our community is Starbucks, currently under construction and opening this year, as well as soon-to-break-ground Palmetto Primary Care Physicians medical campus, Harris Teeter and Baker Automotive, all made easily accessible by the Nexton Parkway Interchange expected to open in 2018.

Come see why we're Charleston's Choice! Visit Nexton today to learn about making Nexton your home. Don't forget to stop by the Front Porch Info Studio to get an overview of the community, and learn about what makes Nexton the regions best!
