New Guests Coming to Nexton - Residence Inn
We like to play where we live and work, and our hospitable nature drives us to extend the invitation so others can experience what makes Nexton special. It's only fitting that our growing community is inviting visitors to join in on the fun. Come summer 2017, the greater Nexton community will welcome a second Marriott property to Summerville!
The 96-room, all-suite Residence Inn by Marriott is expected to break ground early this summer, with an anticipated opening in summer 2017. This planned addition makes Nexton and the greater Summerville area all the better for doing business, participating in our fun events, or visiting family.
The hotel's abundant amenities will keep your visitors entertained. They can take a dip in the pool, gather around the fire pit and challenge each other to a game in the sport court.
The new Residence Inn will be located immediately adjacent to the planned Nexton Square, a center of shopping and dining. Designed with the extended stay traveler in mind, each hotel suite is fully equipped with a kitchen and Nexton's GigiFi gigabit internet service.
