Meet the Neighbors: The Luckman Family
Everyday at Nexton we're building homes in Summerville,SC, we're building parks and trails, and we'll soon be building shops and restaurants. But it's our residents who are truly building the community.
Today over 80 families call Nexton home. Who better than to tell potential residents about life here than the folks who can speak first hand? That's why, in 2016, we've decided to spotlight our residents each month here on the blog, where they'll be sharing a little bit about who they are and what brought them to Nexton. So without further ado, we'd like you to Meet the Neighbors: the Luckman Family!
What made you decide to make Nexton home?
We loved everything about Nexton! The closeness of the school in particular - our son is very happy there! The plan to have restaurants, shops, parks that we can easily get to by either walking or riding our bikes. We love the idea of everyone being out and about, and the closeness to the interstate and downtown Summerville. It's the complete package!
What made you choose the Primrose by Pulte Homes?
We really like the floor plan that we chose. It works perfectly for our family. I am a visual person so seeing the model in person sold me!
What feature of your home makes you most happy?
We love our porch! Rocking and watching our son ride his bike up and down the street. We hope to really enjoy the screen porch, too, when I get some comfortable furniture!
Tell me about your favorite park at Nexton.
We love the Great Lawn for playing ball - baseball, soccer, football, all of them! But we also equally enjoy meeting friends around Tall G. Woods.
What is your favorite thing to do in Summerville?
I would like to explore walking around downtown and discovering what it has to offer!
